Park overview. Anderson Bay, a separate parcel of park located on South Texada Island's eastern shore, provides well-protected anchorage from all sides except the southeast. The small island and peninsula are included in South Texada Island Park, but the head of the bay is private land. There are no camping facilities or other services.

Driving Directions: From the Blubber Bay ferry terminal on Texada Island, drive through Gillies Bay and keep left onto Shelter Point Road. Turn right onto Bell Road, stay right at the Hydro Reactor Road and follow it to Bob's Lake.

The campground kitchen is equipped with 10 barbeques, boiling water, 2 fridges, microwaves, a vending machine and seating for 50 people. Campground firepit. The campground also feature a fire pit, located towards the slipways. It is weather dependant. Campground cinema. Th campground cinema is located in the convict precinct on the upper island.

Single Sites are $18.00 per night/vehicle, Double Sites are $36.00 per night/group of 2 vehicles, Group Sites are $75.00 per night/group of 5/vehicles, (rental of sites do not require multiple vehicles). Camping on Weekends is a mandatory 2 night stay, and 3 night stay on Long Weekends, regardless of how long you actually stay at the campsite.
